Booking & Payment
How the fixed price per vehicle works, the four vehicles, how far ahead to book, payment on board with no deposit, free cancellation up to 24 hours before and changes.
No, per vehicle: a fixed price per vehicle, shown in the form before you book and locked at booking. From Venice Marco Polo Airport to Venice (Piazzale Roma) the Standard Sedan is 61 EUR for 1-3 people, the Premium Van for up to 7 79 EUR for the whole group. Children and pets do not change the amount.
Through the online form: enter where you start, where you are going, the day, the time and how many of you there are, then pick one of the four vehicles and the price appears at once. For an airport pickup add your flight number; child seats, skis and pets go in the notes. The confirmation reaches you by e-mail.
On board, at the end of the ride, straight to the driver. There is no deposit and nothing to pay when you book: you settle the amount locked in the form, one price for the whole vehicle rather than for each passenger.
Yes, up to 24 hours before the pickup time, at no cost. Do it from the My booking page or write through the contact form, giving the lead name and the date of the ride.
Room and comfort. The Standard Sedan and the Comfort Sedan take 1-3 people; the Standard Van and the Premium Van take up to 7, with far more room for luggage. The Premium Van is the Mercedes V-Class 300 AMG. The form shows the price of each one for your ride: the vehicles.
At least one day before: online booking runs up to the day before the ride. For a pickup sooner than that, call or WhatsApp +39 388 457 1838 and we check straight away whether the car is free.
Yes: add the return in the form, with its own day and time. The way back has a fixed price per vehicle too: from Venice (Piazzale Roma) to Marco Polo Airport the Standard Sedan is 61 EUR.
Yes: the time, the address or the flight number are updated by writing through the contact form with the lead name and the date of the ride, and the reply confirms the change. If the route changes, the new route has its own fixed price per vehicle.
Yes: put the travellers' names and a mobile number in the notes, so the sign in arrivals and the driver's call are meant for them. They pay on board at the end of the ride.
Airports & Cruise Terminals
Meeting you in arrivals at Marco Polo and Treviso, delayed and night flights, the ride for your flight out, the Venice cruise terminals, Ravenna and the other airports.
In the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name. The driver follows your flight, so he is there for the actual landing time rather than the scheduled one, and walks with you to the car. To Piazzale Roma it takes about 24 minutes: Marco Polo transfers.
Yes: the driver follows the flight with the number you gave and works to the actual landing time, not the scheduled one. If you change flight, send us the new number through the contact form as soon as you know it.
Yes, in the arrivals hall, with the same name sign and your flight followed in the same way. To Venice (Piazzale Roma) it takes about 46 minutes, with the Standard Sedan at 120 EUR per vehicle: Treviso Airport transfers.
Your flight number, how many people and suitcases there are, and the exact address you are heading to. Skis, golf bags, a pushchair or a child seat go in the notes, so the vehicle has the right space.
At the time you choose in the form, allowing for check-in and security plus the drive: from Piazzale Roma to Marco Polo it takes about 23 minutes, longer at rush hour. If in doubt, ask through the contact form and we suggest a time.
Yes, 24 hours a day, every day of the year, on booking. Pickups between 21:00 and 06:59 carry a night supplement of 20 %, already included in the price the form shows, so nothing is added on board.
At the cruise terminal named in your cruise documents. In 2026 ships call at the Marittima (San Basilio), Fusina, Porto Marghera, whose passengers board at the Marittima, and Chioggia: give us the terminal and the time you disembark. All of it in the cruise port guide.
Yes, to the cruise terminal named in your cruise documents: from Marco Polo it takes about 28 minutes to the Marittima and about 34 minutes to Fusina. To the Marittima the Standard Sedan is 61 EUR per vehicle: cruise transfers.
Yes, at a fixed price per vehicle: from the Ravenna cruise terminal (Porto Corsini) to Venice it takes about 2 h 50, with the Standard Sedan at 440 EUR, and Trieste and the Venice airports are priced the same way: Ravenna cruise transfers.
Yes, booked ahead and at a fixed price per vehicle: from Milan Malpensa to Venice the Standard Sedan is 790 EUR, from Verona Airport 335 EUR. Bologna, Trieste and Ljubljana are priced the same way, and the driver follows your flight there too.
Arriving in Venice
Where the car stops, Piazzale Roma and Tronchetto, Santa Lucia station, hotels in Mestre, the access fee and your luggage on foot.
No: the car takes you to Piazzale Roma, where the road into Venice ends; from there the city is on foot or on the water. The driver stops there, or at Tronchetto if that suits you better, and unloads your bags from the car with you.
About 24 minutes, about 15 km over the Ponte della Libertà, the only road link into Venice; longer at rush hour. The whole drive is on airport to Venice.
At Piazzale Roma, at the time you chose in the form: the exact spot on the square is agreed with you before the day of the ride. The driver loads the luggage and you are off.
Yes, at Piazzale Roma: there is no road in front of the station, and Piazzale Roma is about 350 metres away on foot, across the Ponte della Costituzione. Give your arrival time when you book and the meeting point is set beforehand.
Yes: Mestre is on the mainland, so the car takes you to your hotel where traffic rules allow, otherwise to the nearest point, agreed beforehand. From Marco Polo it takes about 20 minutes, with the Standard Sedan at 61 EUR; Mestre station is a pickup point as well.
It is the other point of Venice a car can reach, an island with car parks next to Piazzale Roma. If it suits your plans better, ask for it when you book: from Marco Polo the Standard Sedan is 61 EUR, a fixed price per vehicle.
On the days the City sets, yes: the City of Venice asks day visitors to the historic centre for an access fee (contributo di accesso). The days, the amount and the exemptions are published by the City, so check them before your trip; the fee is the visitor's own matter and not part of the transfer price.
The driver loads and unloads them at the car, at Piazzale Roma or Tronchetto; from there they go on with you. Venice has many bridges with steps, so cases with good wheels, or fewer of them, make the walk lighter.
Vehicles & the Journey

Yes, free Wi-Fi on board, along with air conditioning. You can answer e-mails or message whoever is waiting for you while the driver does the driving.
Yes, child seats and booster seats are included, on request: when you book, give the age of each child in the notes. Children add nothing to the price, which is per vehicle.
Yes, pets travel with you at no extra cost, since the price is per vehicle. Mention them in the notes, with their size, so the right vehicle is ready.

Yes: Ljubljana and Bled in Slovenia, Innsbruck and Salzburg in Austria, Munich in Germany, at a fixed price per vehicle. From Venice to Ljubljana the Standard Sedan is 630 EUR; bring your passport or identity card: Ljubljana and Bled.
Yes, on request, with a written price: give the day, the hours and the stops through the contact form. The driver drives and waits for you at each stop: our services.
Yes: the driver is smartly dressed, never asks guests for photos and never posts their names. Your journey stays private.
